RETURNS

  • Contact Customer Care within 5 days of receiving your order to confirm your intention to return. Without prior notification your return will not be processed.

  • Ship your order back to us within 5 days of receipt.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them (example: pack shoe boxes in another box before you ship them out). We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

  • Contact Customer Care within 5 days of receiving your order to confirm your intention to exchange or receive store credit. Without prior notification your exchange will not be processed. Let us know what new item you would like to be exchanged.
  • We will email you a pre-paid label for returning the item free of charge* 
  • Ship your order back to us within 5 days of receipt.

  • International Orders are not eligible for free shipping for exchanges and return labels.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • Merchandise must be received in NEW condition, unworn and with tags intact, or we will refuse the return.

  • We do not accept returns on special orders or sale items.

  • We will pay the return shipping costs and refund your initial shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

  • All returns that are deemed damaged, worn or returned outside of the above guidelines are subject to a 10%-40% restocking fee, depending on the devaluation of the item.

  • Returns must be postmarked or received by us within 10 days of receipt or are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
